In regards to what I just posted. See the people who say stuff like that don’t see it like, “I don’t like jello.” To them gay marriage, abortion, etc. — that’s like rape. It’s something terrible done by bad people to other people. It’s not something that you just can’t do.
That’s like saying, “Don’t like kids being raped? Don’t rape kids,” while all around them people are raping kids. They would say, “Well no, I’m going to stop them if I can. What they are doing is wrong, harmful and I am going to do my best to protect other people.”
I don’t agree with them but you can’t make arguments like this. You need to understand how they view these things and then figure out how to convince them that what they’re doing is wrong.
